Performing since the age of 4, Matty Jollie has never shied away from the bright lights of the stage. Involved in theatre productions as early as age 7, Matty has such a fond love for performance that it continues to this very day. Always following his Dad (Naples' entertainer Bill Jollie) to his gigs, Matty always knew from the start it was where he wanted to be. He continued to perform on stage in plays through high school in productions such as "The Wizard of Oz", "Once Upon a Mattress" and "The Sound of Music", and hit the musical stage professionally at age 21.
After turning professional, Matty quickly became one of Naples' most sought-after solo acts, performing all over Southwest Florida, from the beautifully scenic Fifth Avenue, to the high-energy lights of Mercato in North Naples.
In the summer of 2012, Matty performed the national anthem in front of over 25,000 fans at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts before a match featuring his beloved New England Revolution, an honor he's been given on multiple occasions since then.
In adding to that great experience, in March of 2015 he was selected from over several thousand entries to perform the anthem at Jet Blue Park, before a Spring Training game featuring the Boston Red Sox, fulfilling a childhood dream.
While he continues to grow as a solo act, Matty currently performs with The Powerhouse Band, one of the country's best touring corporate acts. Six countries, and dozens of cities later, Matty has gained invaluable experience, and credits a lot of his growth in recent years to the time he's spent with his band.
With all of the experiences and performances along the way, Matty never stops growing and cultivating his act, meaning his best show, is always the next one on the schedule.
